Johor : D'Shanghai (大上海) Dim Sum Restaurant

It was indeed not detected by PL all the while.  If you were crossing black ball, walking towards Season's at Sutera Mall, you would miss it.  It was adjacent to black mall & was a single storey building by itself.

2.  Signature Xiao Long Bao (灌汤小笼包）
